Your 2015 Property Tax Appeal.
July 31, 2015More Difficult Than Ever
It appears that taxpayers across Florida have met with increased resistance attempting to resolve property assessment issues. We have seen this in county after county. Kelly and I suggest that some taxpayers may save themselves and their county's elected property appraiser a great deal of time and frustration by evaluating whether there is in fact a case to be made.A good place to start is with the free tools we provide on the "DIY" tab for this website.New Ways to Find UsOur organization has recently secured two new domain names to make finding us online easier:
- OcalaPropertyTax.com
- GainesvillePropertyTax.com
When you enter either of these into your web browser, you will be redirected to this website, CREPropertyTax.com . Our hope is that when you talk with your friends or colleagues about the professional service we offer, either of these two new domain names might be a little easier to remember.

Professor Robert Shiller of Yale University, best known in our circles for the S & P’s Case–Shiller Home Price Indices, has contacted me directly. Well, okay, it was actually his surrogate from the International Center for Finance at Yale School of Management. And, well, okay ….. I was chosen in a random sample of 500 institutional investors. I am asked to provide my assessment of valuations, macroeconomic predictions and various probable investment scenarios.
Okay, okay …… Robert Shiller didn’t contact me himself. But truth be told, it’s still pretty cool.
