Mr. Suggs served as the Sr. Commercial Appraiser to the Alachua County Property Appraiser and has extensive knowledge in the proper assessment of all property types, with special expertise in income properties and golf courses. In fact as a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, Mr. Suggs taught classes in both the USA and Canada on the proper valuation of golf courses. His 20+ years experience has allowed him to foster relationships with the county property appraisers in many of Florida's 67 counties and prepare thousands of cases for presentation before the Value Adjustment Boards and Special Magistrates.

David Walle made his first Florida real estate purchase 25 years ago. Since then, Mr. Walle has participated in several national real estate business entities as an investor and manager. He spent over 20 years analyzing publicly traded securities and privately held assets and his business associations led to an interest in publicly traded real estate securities. In addition to having had the privilege of working with some of the best teachers in their respective fields, Mr. Walle has acted as fund manager and advisor to several investment companies, including U S Pension Administration and Springtree Capital Appreciation Partners. In 2010, Mr. Walle assisted with the opening of the Gainesville office of a property tax consulting firm. He facilitated the firm's 2011 transformation into Harris Diaz, LLC where he led operations and served as Sr. Property Tax Advisor before joining CRE Property Tax LLC in January of 2014.
